Do you need a lice expert to determine if you or a loved one has head lice? Our specialized lice experts and technicians are available daily to conduct head checks on individuals and family members, for a small fee of $20 which includes a client file set-up. We strongly feel that proper identification must be made to help prevent unnecessary treatment; treatment is administered only when a positive identification is made of lice infestation. If you’ve been informed by a school nurse or administrator of a possible head lice case and are unsure, contact us for professional checks.

Lice Treatment

Follow-up Head Check
We offer a follow-up head check which can be performed any time after a treatment, however it is highly encouraged to be done no later than 5-7 days post your first treatment. We cannot honor our guarantee should follow up recheck appointments be missed. The purpose of a re-check is to ensure that there was nothing left behind and that the individual has not had further contact with other active cases of head lice. No further treatment is necessary if the individual adheres to the required time frame for subsequent follow-up re-checks. If any evidence is found during a recheck, the technician will remove it from the head. This generally takes 15-30 minutes.
School Screenings
No Lice Left Behind specializes in the detection and removal of head lice from children and adults. One of our primary services is the offering of screenings for schools, daycare centers and camps within Los Angeles. Our service is well organized and FREE. Our team will travel to your location to conduct head checks for an entire student body or as little as a few classrooms or grade levels. Our highly skilled technicians can check up to 100 children within an hour to disrupt your daily schedule as little as possible.

Please note that all fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards.
Our operating business hours are 10:00am – 7:00 pm. Although we close at 7pm, we naturally work until the last treatment is completed, often times incurring additional fees for our facility. Because we typically block two hour treatments, we book our last treatment appointment at 5:00. For clients requiring after hour services, the cost of treatment is increased to help compensate overtime fees and the cost of keeping the facility open to serve your family. An additional $45/hour will be added to the original treatment fee for after hour services.
